Marriott International is expanding its presence across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) with six new properties launching in 2026. The upcoming openings will expand the group’s global portfolio through new market entries, the revival of heritage landmarks and the debut of beachfront resorts, each offering guests distinctive stays across the EMEA region.
Amoh, a Luxury Collection Resort, Rhodes
Amoh, a Luxury Collection Resort, will open in the second quarter of 2026. The brand has a strong presence in Greece, with the upcoming Rhodes resort set to be the collection’s 11th property. The seaside resort will offer 197 rooms and suites, many with private terraces, jacuzzis or pools. Guests can enjoy immersive experiences, including pottery workshops, trips to the local bee museum and private dinners in coves across the island. W Riyadh – KAFD
Marriott’s W brand will make its Saudi Arabia debut with the launch of the W Riyadh – KAFD in the first quarter of 2026. Located in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), the property sits within a 20-minute drive from the capital’s airport, providing easy access for international guests. The hotel will offer 210 rooms and suites and incorporate signature W spaces, including the Wet Deck, Away Spa and Living Room. W Sardinia – Poltu Quatu
Set in the village of Poltu Quatu on Sardinia’s northeast coast, this W hotel will be the brand’s second opening of 2026 and its third property in Italy, following Rome and Florence. Scheduled to launch in April, the coastal resort will offer 154 rooms and suites, including upper-level suites with private terraces and pools. The Lake Como Edition
Lake Como will welcome Italy’s third Edition hotel in March 2026, joining Rome and Milan, following a soft opening in autumn 2025. The property will feature 148 rooms, including 25 suites, two penthouses and one private villa. Located in the Cadenabbia community on the western shore of Lake Como, the hotel offers views of the Bellagio mountain region. The St Regis Budapest
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026, The St Regis Budapest will mark the brand’s first property in Hungary and its seventh in Europe. Located along the Danube River, the five-star hotel is housed within the historic Klotild Palaces, a Unesco World Heritage Site. It will feature 102 rooms and 39 suites, including two flagship accommodations: a two-bedroom Presidential Suite and the Klotild Tower Suite, offering elevated city views from a height of 48 metres. The St Regis London
In addition to Budapest, St Regis will also debut in London, marking one of Marriott’s most anticipated launches for 2026. Located on Bond Street, in the prestigious Mayfair District, the luxury hotel provides guests with direct access to high-end shopping, art galleries and cultural landmarks. The property will have 195 rooms and 66 suites, including a penthouse with a private terrace. Guests can enjoy signature St Regis experiences, including butler service, midnight suppers and the St Regis bar, known for its champagne sabering tradition.
