Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai is set to bring back its Asateer Tent for Ramadan, hosting nightly iftar and suhoor experiences throughout the Holy Month.
Featuring waterfront dining with views of Dubai’s skyline, the tent blends traditional Arabian designs with contemporary interiors and subdued lighting. For 2026, the venue can accommodate up to 1,730 guests per night across three areas: the Asateer Garden, the outdoor Asateer Terrace and a selection of majlises suited to group and private bookings.
Iftar service will begin at sunset with dates and water, followed by an extensive buffet curated by Chef Ali El Bourji, Culinary Director at Atlantis Dubai. The lineup will focus on classic and speciality dishes, including charcoal-grilled kebbeh sajieh, made with seasoned minced meat and bulgur, and seafood paella, cooked with saffron rice and seafood broth. Dining will also be accompanied by live traditional Arabic music throughout the evening.
Live cooking stations form a core part of the experience, with a spit-roasted whole lamb carved to order and a tandoor station serving freshly baked breads. Additional offerings include a Fatteh and Foul Royal Bar, offering smoked eggplant and mini kebbeh, alongside an oven-baked manakish selection topped with spiced lamb, za’atar and akkwai cheese.
Throughout Ramadan, Asateer will host rotating themed nights, featuring Arabesque, Persian, Khaleeji and traditional evenings that highlight different regional cuisines.
