Four weekly services to start from 1 March 2026
Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ largest low-cost carrier, is set to expand its Middle East network with the launch of direct flights between Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and Manila from 1 March 2026.
The new route aims to tap into growing demand between the kingdom and the Philippines, strengthening connectivity for visiting friends and relatives (VFR) traffic and outbound leisure travel.
The airline will operate four weekly flights from Riyadh King Khalid International Airport (RUH) to Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with the return service running on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Flight timings are expected to be confirmed closer to launch.
The carrier says passengers can benefit from competitive pricing, with savings of up to 57% on roundtrip fares compared to other available options, and has launched a special promotional sale offering one-way base fares from Riyadh to Manila from as low as SAR 1 for bookings until 13 December 2025, for travel between 1 March and 31 October 2026.

As the Philippine capital, Manila sits on the eastern shore of Manila Bay on Luzon island and serves as the country’s main international gateway. The metropolis offers a mix of historic sites, contemporary culture and waterfront attractions, and provides convenient onward access to key leisure destinations including Boracay, Palawan, Cebu and Davao.
Commenting on the new service, Xander Lao, CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We are delighted to launch this direct service between Riyadh and Manila, creating more opportunities for Saudi travellers to experience the warmth, hospitality and natural wonders of the Philippines, from the vibrant energy of our capital to the serene beaches and cultural destinations found across our islands."
Riyadh has seen a steady build-out of its connectivity in 2025, with Saudia and flynas adding new routes and Thai AirAsia X launching its first-ever direct flights between Riyadh and Bangkok on 2 December. Looking ahead, Delta Air Lines plans to introduce a new nonstop Atlanta–Riyadh service from 2026, while Saudi Arabia’s new carrier Riyadh Air is set to roll out routes throughout the year, initially to London and Dubai before expanding into key cities in India.
