First Look: Six Flags Qiddiya City theme park, Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia’s first major theme park, Six Flags Qiddiya City, welcomed more than 500 guests for an exclusive preview ahead of its public opening on 31 December 2025. The specially curated visit formed part of the inaugural Connections Saudi travel trade gathering in Riyadh, bringing together more than 250 international travel buyers and 250 Saudi suppliers. Delegates explored the park through tailored tours, experienced some of its five world record-breaking rides and enjoyed live entertainment, including a spectacular light show charting the history of the Six Flags brand. Located at the foot of the Tuwaiq Mountains, around 40 minutes from Riyadh, Six Flags Qiddiya City marks the brand’s first park outside North America. Spanning six themed zones, it features 28 rides and attractions, including 18 tailored for families. Highlights include Falcons Flight, set to claim the titles of the world’s tallest, fastest and longest roller coaster, running parallel to the city’s future F1 track.
