Line to offer two- and nine-night sailings from ports in Spain, Italy, Greece and the UK
Royal Caribbean has unveiled its Europe itineraries for summer 2027.
The line will offer voyages between two and nine nights from Barcelona, Civitavecchia (Rome) and Ravenna in Italy, Piraeus (Athens) and Southampton.
Mariner of the Seas will make its debut in Southampton with a series of two-to-nine-night cruises.
The Voyager Class ship will make a maiden call to Porto during the season and sail to the Norwegian fjords, Copenhagen and Seville.
The third Icon Class ship Legend of the Seas, set to launch in summer 2026, will return to Europe to sail seven-night Western Mediterranean holidays with destinations in France, Italy and Spain.

Rhapsody of the Seas will come back to the Mediterranean after a four-year break and offer seven-night Eastern Mediterranean voyages from Piraeus.
The ship will visit Tangier, Bodrum and Istanbul, Alexandria, as well as Mykonos and Santorini.
Brilliance of the Seas will deliver seven-night voyages from Ravenna to the Greek islands, Croatia and along the Adriatic Coast.
Explorer of the Seas will operate seven-night cruises from Barcelona, Civitavecchia, Ravenna and Piraeus, with ports of call in Italy, France, Spain, Croatia, Montenegro and the Greek islands.
Odyssey of the Seas will homeport in Rome and sail seven-night Greek island cruises, with visits to Ephesus and Naples.
Rhapsody, Brilliance and Odyssey will all visit the line’s newest private destination, Royal Beach Club Santorini, which is due to open in summer 2026.
The beach club will be part of the Ultimate Santorini Day on passenger’s itineraries and marks the cruise line’s first exclusive destination in Europe.
Royal Caribbean said in a statement that the Royal Beach Club Santorini aims to “feature a new innovative way to alleviate congestion throughout the island by better distributing guests” by having three different locations to travel to the destination to “minimise crowding”.
