The cruise line has shared details of the ship's new spa facilities and deck 10 bar
Fully all-inclusive cruise operator Scenic has shared updates on the construction of the highly anticipated Scenic Eclipse II, confirming that its new Discovery Yacht, Scenic Eclipse II, is scheduled to set sail in April 2023 with construction reaching its final stages.
To fuel anticipation, Scenic has released details on the numerous enhancements to Scenic Eclipse II, made following feedback on Scenic Eclipse I.
Predecessor Scenic Eclipse I boasts a 550-square-metre Senses Spa with dedicated male and female wellness areas, an outdoor terrace and the only dedicated yoga and Pilates studio on a ship of its size. Scenic Eclipse II continues the commitment to wellness, with an integrated ice fountain and aromatherapy to complement the steam room facilities, plus experience showers, and a new aromatherapy and salt therapy lounge designed to promote deep, relaxed breathing, fitted with heated beds.

Also on Scenic Eclipse I, the therapeutic KLAF Infrared Seats, designed to relieve back pain and encourage muscle relaxation, proved so popular that Scenic Eclipse II will have an expanded dedicated infrared ‘ocean view' lounge with additional colour light therapy to energise and reinvigorate skin cells.
A large, oval shaped pool with relaxation space will also be a new feature.
On Deck 10, there'll be a new bar area with indoor and outdoor seating, created to capitalise on stunning views of Antarctica, the Arctic, or the Mediterranean, with a drink in hand.
The first Scenic Eclipse II voyage will be the Incredible Iberian Discovery journey, which sails for 11 days from Lisbon to Barcelona.
