Upgrades

Celebrity Cruises encourages upselling into premium categories, such as Concierge Class, AquaClass and the Retreat, by showcasing the elevated exclusivity, enhanced amenities and personalised service these staterooms provide. AquaClass is tailored to wellness‑focused travellers, offering access to the SEA Thermal Suite, priority spa reservations and complimentary dining at Blu.

The Retreat delivers an all‑inclusive luxury experience, with a private lounge, dedicated Luminae restaurant, premium beverages, butler service and exclusive sundeck access. These premium categories combine comfort and value, enhancing the overall holiday experience.

For trade partners, upselling higher stateroom categories not only elevates guest satisfaction but also maximises revenue potential. In addition, the MoveUp programme allows guests to bid for an upgraded stateroom prior to departure, providing a flexible and cost‑effective pathway to a more premium cruise experience.

Promotions

Celebrity Cruises offers a variety of booking benefits under the All Included programme, which bundles Wi-Fi and drinks into the cruise fare. Promotions such as ‘Up to 75% off the second guest’s fare’ help make cruising more accessible to couples and families.

Suite Class bookings feature exclusive perks and onboard credit campaigns, adding extra value. In addition, lastminute deals are regularly available, offering flexible opportunities for spontaneous travellers to secure offers. Promotions are frequently updated to meet evolving trends and guest preferences.

Cancellations

Celebrity Cruises offers a structured cancellation policy with varying fees based on the cruise length and how far in advance cancellation is made. Guests may forfeit only their deposit if they cancel well ahead of the sailing date, while cancellations closer to departure incur higher penalties up to full fare. Special terms apply for longer voyages and Galápagos sailings. Cancellation requests must be received during business hours to ensure timely processing. Standard cancellation terms apply according to fare type and timing, and full details are available in the booking conditions.

Travel Insurance

Celebrity Cruises does not provide any insurance programme in the Middle East. Prior to sailing, Celebrity Cruises recommends that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that can cover them for any losses due to unforeseen events, such as last-minute trip cancellation, medical emergencies and baggage loss.
