Open to members of HERA, Accor’s loyalty programme for agents, winners will join a trip to Colombia
Accor will reward 33 top-performing travel professionals with a trip to Colombia as part of its HERA Challenge, which runs until 15 November 2025.
HERA-member travel professionals are eligible to register for their performance to be assessed across 11 categories, including ‘Performance Champions’, ‘Regional Stars’, ‘Brand Experts’ and ‘Destination Diversifiers’. Three winners will be selected in each category.
Winners will be hosted in Colombia from 6 to 9 March 2026, beginning with a stay at the Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena – a 17th-century convent transformed into a five-star retreat. From there, they will travel by boat to the eco-conscious Sofitel Barú Calablanca Beach Resort to complete their experience.
