Vinyasa yoga and sound healing session to take place on 28 April
In partnership with Shimis, renowned yoga instructor Lauren Ruttle will host a Vinyasa yoga and sound healing session at Banyan Tree Dubai, a modern beach resort on Bluewaters Island imparting the art of Asian hospitality.
Set to take place on the resort's Wellbeing Deck from 7.45am on Sunday 28 April 2024, the holistic wellbeing experience will include a healthy breakfast, nurturing moments of mindfulness and exercise, and an opportunity to connect with fellow yogis.
Guests will gather for a meet and greet to set a positive tone and intentions for the day, and then take part in a sunrise Vinyasa yoga session, following a smooth flow of movements to foster greater flexibility.

Attendees will then be immersed in a soothing sound healing experience. Sound healing involves the use of specific instruments, music, tones and sonic vibrations to help boost relaxation, reduce stress, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Completing this revitalising journey, guests will be offered a wellbeing breakfast at Alizée.
