Advisors can earn tiered certification via training modules and incentives
Celestyal Cruises has rebranded and relaunched its trade training platform with new tools, incentives and learning modules to help travel advisors confidently sell cruises in the Arabian Gulf and beyond.
The upgraded platform – rebranded as Celestyal Stars (formerly Celestyal Campus) – has been redesigned to “empower and inspire our valued travel partners”, serving as a central hub offering incentivised training and certification, company news, booking tools and marketing resources in one convenient location.
Celestyal Stars features 16 interactive training modules with a structured, tiered certification system. Advisors can progress from Bronze to Platinum levels while earning Navigator badges – from one to four stars – as they complete each section, with shareable certificates and digital badges helping to highlight expertise and build credibility.

To make learning more engaging, the platform introduces exclusive incentives such as agent-only rates, discounts and giveaways to reward participation and achievement. A comprehensive marketing tool kit – complete with promotional assets and campaign materials – supports advisors in promoting Celestyal’s immersive cruise experiences.
Janet Parton, Vice-President of Business Development at Celestyal, said: “By making learning more engaging and rewarding, we’re giving agents the tools and confidence to showcase the very best of Celestyal to their travellers – from our smaller ships and more personal service to our destination immersion and port-intensive itineraries that bring our heartfelt journeys to life.
“The new tiered certification journey recognises their expertise and commitment, while our enhanced incentives celebrate their success. The trade is central to our growth and this investment reflects our dedication to strengthening those partnerships.”
The platform is fully optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile use. Advisors can access it through Celestyal’s trade portal, Celestyal Compass, by selecting the Celestyal Stars link, while Celestyal’s dedicated sales and marketing representatives remain available to assist with training and promotional support.
In the Arabian Gulf, Celestyal’s 2025–26 cruise season runs through March 2026, featuring a seven-night Desert Days itinerary sailing roundtrip from Doha with calls at Sir Bani Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Bahrain, alongside four- and seven-night Iconic Arabia cruises departing from Abu Dhabi and visiting Doha, Khasab in Oman, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
Expanding its shoreside offering this season, Celestyal has introduced a collection of Authentic Encounters – half-day, full-day and two-day small-group experiences designed to connect travellers with the genuine spirit of each destination.
