Karolina Paliszewska will now oversee all operations at three Marriott properties

Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach, a four-star hotel in Dubai, has announced the appointment of Karolina Paliszewska as its general manager.

The hotel is a short walk from the beach and is home to eateries including Jones the Grocer, Speakeasy and Foguiera.

As the newly appointed multi-property general manager, Karolina Paliszewska will now oversee all operations and facilities at Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach, Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road and Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai.

Paliszewska started her hospitality career more than 20 years ago at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel in Poland, assuming the role of director of events.

She then moved on to the role of director of restaurants at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, where she managed and spearheaded the pre-opening of several culinary concepts.

In 2010, Paliszewska made the move to the Middle East as the director of F&B at the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach before moving back to her hometown to assume the position of director of room operations at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel in 2016.

In 2018, she made her way back to the UAE as the hotel manager at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City.
