My City Expert by Dnata launches to sell UAE tours and attractions

Dnata’s new booking platform aims to be an in-destination travel companion for UAE explorers

In collaboration with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), the Dnata Travel Group has launched My City Expert.

Designed to become a ‘travel companion’ for those who want to explore Dubai, My City Expert allows users to choose from a selection of more than 1200 tours, attractions and experiences.

Users can also communicate directly with Dubai-based experts to get recommendations and itineraries covering both popular attractions to hidden gems.

Those wanting to discover other emirates can also book day trips from Dubai

Along with its online concierge service, My City Expert kiosks are now open in Dubai International Airport and Dubai Harbour to support both flight and cruise passengers with bookings. Additional locations are set to be announced.
