Ceremony to be held at The St Regis Doha
The second edition of Doha’s Michelin Guide is set to return to the Qatar capital on 9 December 2025.
Hosted in partnership with Visit Qatar, the ceremony will take place at The St Regis Doha where the 2026 winners will be revealed at an exclusive press briefing, followed by a reception. Five internationally acclaimed chefs and past Michelin winners, including three from Doha, will be showcasing their signature canapés throughout the event.
The Michelin Guide will award the city’s top restaurants with Michelin stars and Bib Gourmand awards, which recognise restaurants serving exceptional food at reasonable prices.

Since debuting in Doha in 2024, the Michelin Guide has awarded just a handful of restaurants across the city. In its inaugural edition, IDAM by Alain Ducasse and Jamavar each earned one Michelin star, while four restaurants received a Bib Gourmand and 27 establishments were highlighted for “good cooking”, marking them as rising stars in the local dining scene.
Expanding its footprint across the GCC region, the Michelin Guide is also present in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE, and recently launched in Saudi Arabia.
Michelin unveiled the first part of its inaugural Michelin Guide on 15 October 2025, revealing the Bib Gourmand winners, three restaurants in Riyadh and one in AlUla. Further awards are set to be revealed in stages on 15 November and 15 December.
