Atlantis, The Palm's Ossiano restaurant reveals next Michelin-starred collaboration

Sergio and Javier Torres will cook with Grégoire Berger for two nights only

Ranked number three in Middle East & North Africa's 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list, Atlantis, The Palm's Ossiano restaurant is set to host the latest in its series of culinary collaborations with Spanish brothers Sergio and Javier Torres, of Barcelona’s Cocina Hermanos Torres. 

With three Michelin stars and a green star for sustainability, Cocina Hermanos Torres is widely considered among the world’s best restaurants.

The brothers will join forces with Ossiano's head chef Grégoire Berger for a 10-course menu on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 April 2024.

Berger, named number 39 on the 2023 Best Chef list, has set himself apart in the competitive Dubai dining scene with progressive French cuisine.

Ranked number 87 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 list, Ossiano retained its Michelin star in Dubai's 2023 Michelin guide.

The collaborative menu, titled ‘Primavera,’ or Spring, will comprise Berger’s famous dishes that tell the story of his travels around the world, alongside the Catalan twins’ creative and playful creations.

Hero dishes from Berger will include barbecued crab with chorizo and mussels and indulgent macadamia cream with pea meringue and asparagus, while Sergio and Javier will made cured squid, poultry consommé with caviar and sea urchin with white shrimps and seaweed bread.
