Coastal property reimagined as "design-led sanctuary" with nature-based experiences

Al Zorah Beach Resort has officially opened in Ajman, introducing a reimagined eco-luxury concept to the UAE’s smallest emirate.
The property, which previously operated as The Oberoi Beach Resort, has been repositioned as a peaceful retreat where nature takes centre stage.
It is currently in a transition phase and expected to reopen in 2026 under Four Seasons. In the meantime, guests can enjoy the rebranded resort’s natural setting, premium facilities and eco-luxury hospitality throughout this period.
Although only 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the resort has been designed to feel worlds away, offering what its owners describe as “a design-led sanctuary where time seems to slow, offering calm and connection with the natural environment.”
