The hotel will take on the name of the recently reflagged Address Dubai Mall

Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Emaar Properties, has announced the rebranding of Address Fountain Views.

The hotel will be renamed Address Dubai Mall, after the original Address Dubai Mall was taken over by Kempinski Hotels and renamed Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai.

Located in Downtown Dubai on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the newly christened Address Dubai Mall is connected to Dubai Mall – and the recently opened Chinatown Dubai Mall – through an air-conditioned walkway.

Comprising 193 rooms and 783 residences, six restaurants, spa facilities, a fitness centre and a kids club, the hotel also boasts an infinity pool with panoramic views of Downtown Dubai, Dubai Fountains and Burj Khalifa.
