Emirates airline and Flydubai have suspended all flights to Baghdad due to security concerns.
A statement on the airline's website said that the suspension had come as a result of reports of civil unrest and curfews in Iraq.
Affected passengers have been advised to contact their respective Emirates Call Centre or travel agent for rebooking options.

The unrest in the Iraqi capital came soon after Iraqi cleric Muqtada Al Sadr announced he was quitting politics, causing thousands of his followers to storm Iraq's presidential palace.

Elsewhere, Kuwait has urged its citizens in Iraq to leave and advised against travel to the country.
