Expo’s Jubilee Gastronomy Restaurant to host world-famous chefs

The dining concept will feature a line-up of guest chefs from some of the finest restaurants on earth

The Jubilee Gastronomy Restaurant will welcome a series of chefs from restaurants featured in both the Michelin guide and World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, and on television. The activation will offer weekly nine-course tasting menus, with book signings and photo opportunities.

Highlights include dinners created by Paolo Casagrande, chef de cuisine of three-Michelin-starred Lasarte in Barcelona, and Argentinian-born, Portugal-based chef and TV personality Chakall.

The limited-seating chef’s table experience is available with limousine pick-up and drop-off, a VIP cocktail reception, and drinks pairing served with the weekly degustation menu. Prices will range from AED295 to AED3,500.

Independent of the restaurant, Expo 2020 Dubai will offer visitors a wide range of gastronomic experiences. From street food to futuristic food tech, there will be more than 200 F&B options serving cuisine from 50 countries.
