New resort is Four Seasons’ fifth hotel in Mexico
Four Seasons has officially increased its footprint in Mexico, opening its fifth resort in Cabo San Lucas.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol, located 30 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and 15 minutes from Cabo San Lucas private airport (CSL), is reminiscent of a modern-day hacienda.
The 96-room Riviera-style village with an additional 61 residences, villas and estates all have views of the Sea of Cortez.
“When we decided to create a second Four Seasons experience in Los Cabos, we set out to raise the bar, creating a distinctive yet complementary experience in this beloved destination,” said Rainer Stampfer, Four Seasons President, Global Operations, Hotels and Resorts.
In a bid to redefine luxury beachfront living, rooms at this resort start from 79 square metres and extend to 674 square metres in the oceanfront one-bedroom villas.

Inspired by 'Pueblos Mágicos' (Mexican towns known for their enchanting qualities), the resort has eight restaurants and bars, three swimming pools, an expansive spa, a private art gallery, retail shops stocking local artisan products, a Kids For All Seasons club, and the Baja 360° Adventure Centre.
According to Richard Raab, Four Seasons Resort Cabo San Lucas General Manager, the resort has a true sense of magic imbued in this, the last remaining beachfront on the famous Golden Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José Del Cabo.
