Dukes The Palm hotel and apartments in UAE will be rebranded this year
International hotel owner and operator Minor Hotels is taking over management of Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, from August 2025.
The agreement with luxury property developer Seven Tides will see Minor Hotels’ total inventory on the Palm increase to 1,524 keys across three properties, including Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and NH Collection Dubai The Palm.
This expands Minor Hotels’ UAE portfolio to 17 properties across five brands.
Located on Palm West Beach, Dukes The Palm includes a 273-room hotel and 287 serviced apartments, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

The hotel has six dining venues, a private beach, infinity pool, lazy river and wellness facilities.
There will be a soft refurbishing of the rooms and public spaces conducted by Minor Hotels prior to a rebranding due later this year.
Commenting on the takeover, Amir Golbarg, Senior Vice President of Minor Hotels Middle East & Africa, said: “This new addition not only reflects our strategic vision for growth in high-demand urban resort destinations but also strengthens our valued relationship with Seven Tides.
"Together, we look forward to elevating the guest experience and delivering long-term success on Palm Jumeirah," he added.
Last month, Minor announced it will open Avani+ Fujairah Resort in 2028, marking the debut of the brand in the east coast emirate and first resort property in the UAE, and also has plans to open the NH Collection brand in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE.
Minor Hotels owns and operates more than 560 hotels in 57 countries in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and the Americas.
