The resort adds 63 one- to three-bedroom villas to the Red Sea development

Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve has opened bookings ahead of its spring launch. 

Nujuma will be the first property from the Ritz-Carlton Reserve brand in the Middle East and will join a rare portfolio of six exclusive estates worldwide.

Accessed by chartered boat or seaplane from the newly opened Red Sea International Airport, the resort is set on a private island, part of the Red Sea’s Blue Hole cluster of islands.

The Red Sea is surrounded by the world's fourth-largest barrier reef system and spans more than 28,000 square kilometres with an archipelago of some 90 untouched islands, dormant volcanoes, sweeping desert dunes, mountain canyons and historical cultural sites.

The resort's one- to three-bedroom villas mirror their surroundings with shell-inspired structures and interiors finished with found objects, local art, and colours, textures and materials borrowed from nature. 

Designed to offer both elevated privacy and direct access to the outdoors, each of the 63 villas features panoramic windows, open living space, a sea-view pool and a telescope to scan Saudi Arabia’s star-filled sky.

Nujuma is also be home to four restaurants, a Neyrah spa, a fitness centre, swimming pools, a kids' club and a water sports and diving centre.
