All-inclusive property on Palm Jumeirah will feature just 61 suites
Global hospitality brand Six Senses has revealed that its latest resort, Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2026. The new property will mark the brand’s UAE debut and its fourth address in the Middle East, following openings in Oman, Saudi Arabia and Israel.
Situated on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the boutique-style, all-inclusive resort will feature 61 suites overlooking the Palm and Dubai skyline. Designed with biophilic materials and natural textures, the property blends serenity with sustainability, featuring landscaped gardens, rolling mini hills and palm-filled courtyards that lead to a private beach.
Guests will be able to arrive by land, sea or helicopter, with Dubai International Airport (DXB) 35 minutes away and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) accessible within 25 minutes.
Wellness will remain at the core of the Six Senses experience. The Dubai resort will feature a 5,500-square-metre social and wellbeing club alongside a Six Senses Spa, offering a longevity centre, biohacking lounge, Alchemy Bar and yoga and meditation studios.
Leisure offerings include a library, pools, gaming rooms and curated activities for young travellers. Dining options include multiple restaurants and bars, featuring locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce.
