Privilege nightclub and 12 Chairs caviar restaurant set to cause a buzz 

SLS Dubai has added two new venues to its collection – Privilege nightclub and 12 Chairs.

Located on the 75th Floor, at 325 metres high, Privilege will feature sets by renowned DJs as guests revel among rooftop infinity pools and 360-degree views of Dubai. Framed by glass, the club has an indoor-outdoor concept, with the open layout making it easy to move between both spaces. 

Guests can indulge in a cocktails, and signature dishes such as Wagyu short rib bao; crispy tuna taco; lobster Thermidor, and the truffle burger.

SLS Dubai general manager Spencer Hayato Wadama said: “We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Privilege, bringing the perfect nightlife venue to SLS Dubai. The cherry on top of our already incredible collection of venues, Privilege will take nightlife in Dubai to new heights, bringing style and glamour to the nightlife scene in Dubai.”

On the 71st floor, 12 Chairs – with just 12 seats – will be the next venue to open at the hotel. 

The SLS website states: ’12 Chairs Caviar Bar’s interior and finishing perfectly reflect the luxurious lifestyle associated with tasting caviar. Complete with non-reactive spoons, nothing will meddle the delicate flavour profiles of the caviar, further signifying caviar as a hallmark of gastronomic fine dining.”
