Tandoor Tina launches at Dubai’s 25Hours Hotel

Tandoor Tina – the daughter of London hotspot, Tandoor Chop House – has landed in the UAE

Dubai’s new Tandoor Tina restaurant specialises in combining British and North Indian cuisines with a focus on the flaming cooking technique that gives the restaurant its name.

Tandoor Tina takes inspiration from carefree travels around the Indian coastline and London’s Tandoor Chop House menu, with its traditional British-Indian ingredient combinations.

The menu starts with snacks, including a selection of naan breads dressed with classically British garnishes, like bone marrow butter and cheese and onion. There’s even a chip butty complete with a spiced coleslaw and curry sauce.

Diners can then tuck into Tandoor Chop House signatures such as Amritsari lamb chops, or whole roast chicken. On the side, seasonal vegetables include chargrilled asparagus with coconut raita, tomato and watercress salad, and gunpowder fries.

Desserts range from Nutella naan with coconut ice cream, to an indulgent halva sticky toffee pudding.

Tandoor Tina is located on the ground floor of 25hours Hotel One Central and is open for lunch and dinner, Sunday to Thursday from 12pm to Midnight and Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 1am.

Speaking about the opening, Ennismore VP of F&B Development Operations Alex Ghalleb said: “We’re so excited to open Tandoor Tina in Dubai. From the venue to the menu, each facet has been intricately designed to best represent the rich heritage and flavours in British and Indian cuisines.”
