Ristorante L'Olivo at Al Mahara offers diners in Dubai the chance to sample the signature flavours of its counterpart at Capri Palace Jumeirah. From black cod served with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and finished with coffee and liquorice, to tagliolini paired with tuna tartare, bottarga and zucchini.

Other standout dishes include the blue lobster with saffron, raspberries and sweet and sour vegetables, and the risotto with fresh lemon, red prawns and a creamy bisque.
Guests can choose to dine a la carte or indulge in a tasting menu, created by chef Migliaccio, comprising five courses. Dishes include scampi langoustine, served with green apple, yoghurt, oyster leaf and caviar, and nocciole e limone, a gianduja mousse with hazelnuts and lemon sorbet.
