Project to include fitness trails and indoor and outdoor pools
Oman is set to develop a wellness resort at the top of Al Jabal Al Aali in the Al Hajar Mountains.
The new property will offer a range of wellness and nature-focused amenities, such as indoor and outdoor pools and fitness trails, as well as sweeping mountain views.
Design elements throughout the resort will reflect Omani cultural identity.
The wellness resort will be the centrepiece of a planned Wellness Village, a RO200 million (US$519 million) project delivered in partnership between Musstir and Oman’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
The development covers more than 600,000 square metres and is designed to include hospitality, wellness and residential offerings within a single destination.
In addition to its hospitality component, the Wellness Village will feature more than 360 residential units, providing sustainable and health-focused living options.
