The 140-night voyage will visit 83 destinations and four continents

Crystal has unveiled its highly anticipated 2027 World Cruise, a 140-night voyage aboard Crystal Serenity to 83 destinations.

The cruise is open for booking from 27 January 2025, with a waitlist available.

Departing from San Diego on 8 January 2027, and ending in Vancouver on 28 May 2027, the Pacific Rim voyage will take travellers across 29 countries and four continents.

Titled 'Stories of the Seas', it includes two crossings of the International Date Line and stops in Mexico, Central America, Rapa Nui (Easter Island), French Polynesia, New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia, China, South Korea, Japan and Alaska.

Along the way, passengers can enjoy immersive experiences curated by Crystal's sister brand Abercrombie & Kent, from guided culinary tours in Thailand to private access at Indonesia's historic temples.

Crystal's chairman and brand ambassador Fernando Barroso de Oliveira will accompany the World Cruise, sharing his expertise and passion for travel. He has sailed on 30 World Cruises to date.

World Cruise Itinerary Highlights

January Depart from San Diego, sailing down Mexico's vibrant coasts before exploring Central America's cultural gems, such as El Salvador's Acajutla and Costa Rica's natural beauty. Visit South America with stops in Manta and Guayaquil, Ecuador.
February Cross the South Pacific to French Polynesia's Bora Bora, Tahiti and Moorea, known for its lagoons and volcanic landscapes. Continue to Samoa and Fiji for cultural ceremonies, tropical beaches and lush rainforests.
March Explore New Zealand's fjords, Maori heritage and cities including Auckland and Christchurch. Sail on to Australia, visiting Tasmania, Sydney's harbour and the Great Barrier Reef.
April Explore Southeast Asia, from Indonesia's ancient temples to the vibrant streets of Singapore and Bangkok. Experience Thailand's cuisine's, Vietnam's history in Ho Chi Minh City, and China's landmarks in Shanghai and Xiamen.
May Visit Busan in South Korea, then explore Japan's Hiroshima, Kobe and Tokyo. Finish in Alaska visiting glaciers, forests and ports including Sitka before arriving in Vancouver, BC.

The 2027 World Cruise will sail on the recently refurbished Crystal Serenity, with larger, redesigned suites, an extensive spa and eleven dining options including Umi Uma from legendary Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, the only Nobu dining concept at sea. The ship offers an industry-leading space-to-guest ratio and nearly one staff member per guest.

Pricing for the 2027 World Cruise starts at US$69,000 per person, based on double occupancy, and travellers on the full 2027 World Cruise can enjoy a number of benefits, including:

Celebrating more than three decades of cruising, Crystal has also unveiled its themed cruises in 2025, with exclusive voyages to celebrate the brand's 35th anniversary. The curated voyages will feature a lineup of luminaries, including Michelin-rated Chef Nobuyuki (Nobu) Matsuhisa, Broadway actress Christine Andreas and Abercrombie & Kent Founder Geoffrey Kent.
