Dock & Dine offers seamless access to city’s waterfront culinary experiences
Dubai Tourism has launched a new dining initiative aimed at improving services for short-stay yacht visitors.
The programme will run alongside the city’s peak yachting season, which typically spans October to April, and is designed to support Dubai’s positioning as a key regional hub for yacht tourism.
Developed jointly by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and Dubai Maritime Authority (DMA), the Dock & Dine initiative allows yachts to seamlessly dock at up to 20 of the city’s top marinas and marine stations.
This gives yacht owners, crew and guests easy access to a curated selection of waterfront restaurants, luxury hotels, cultural attractions and entertainment venues, making it easier to enjoy Dubai’s vibrant leisure scene from the water.
The programme includes major marinas such as Dubai Harbour Marinas, Mina Rashid Marina, Palm Jumeirah Marina, Bulgari Marina, Creek Marina Yacht Club and Marsa Al Arab Marina.
Visitors can sample Michelin-starred dining experiences, including Il Ristorante Niko Romito at Bulgari Resort, alongside a variety of recently opened restaurants along the waterfront at Jumeirah’s newest property.

Dock & Dine lets guests sail conveniently between docks and eateries within a 45-minute to one-hour cruise, encouraging greater exploration of Dubai’s diverse culinary offerings from the yacht.
A range of benefits supports this seamless experience, from free moorage at participating marinas and rapid reservation confirmations within five minutes to one hour, to dedicated dock tenders who assist with smooth guest transfers.
Thanks to a city-wide standardised process, booking and operational procedures are simplified, ensuring a hassle-free experience for both yacht visitors and marina operators.
This initiative aligns with Dubai’s broader strategy to develop its marine leisure and luxury tourism sectors, further cementing the city’s reputation as a global yachting hub blending world-class dining with outstanding maritime experiences.
Commenting on the launch, Issam Kazim, CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM), part of DET, said: "This initiative marks a pivotal moment in Dubai’s maritime journey and is a testament to visionary leadership that has transformed Dubai into a global yachting hub."
