The ‘Original Dubai Chocolate’ continues global expansion via airports
Dubai’s famous FIX Dessert Chocolatier has gone global. The viral chocolate brand, founded in 2021 by Sarah Hamouda and Yezen Alani, has opened a limited-edition pop-up at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 1, running from 3 November 2025 to 30 January 2026.
Inspired by Changi’s lush botanical interiors, the stand offers five of FIX’s signature flavours, including the cult favourite ‘Can’t Get Knafeh of It’, which makes its Asia-Pacific debut.
“We’ve seen FIX bars carried to all corners of the world, gifted to loved ones abroad and unwrapped mid-flight,” said Yezen Alani, co-founder of FIX Dessert Chocolatier. “FIX has always been rooted in community, so it’s exciting to think how many more people we’ll reach through this new location as we continue expanding mindfully.”

The Singapore opening follows a string of successes for the Dubai-based chocolatier. FIX’s popular stand at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 has been extended until 31 December 2025, continuing to draw long queues of travellers seeking the Instagram-friendly edible souvenir.
The brand also debuted internationally at Harrods in London, UK, where its pop-up is running from 27 October to 23 November 2025.
Brought to Singapore by Imagine FMCG in partnership with FNA Group International and Lead in Travel Retail, the Changi pop-up underscores FIX’s growing global appeal and, Alani says, supports the brand’s mission to showcase Dubai-born culinary craftsmanship on the world stage.
