The opening forms part of Rotana’s partnership with local entity Memar Development & Investment Company, to develop several Edge by Rotana hotels across the kingdom. In Riyadh, the group currently operates five properties, including the Nova M Hotel Riyadh, Edge by Rotana.
The initiative supports Saudi Arabia’s growing tourism market – targeting more than 150 million tourists by 2030 – with scalable, midscale lifestyle accommodation.
Kozhaya Tannous, Cluster General Manager, said: “As demand continues to grow across the capital, we are proud to introduce a hotel that is designed to meet the needs of today’s traveller.”
Rotana continues to strengthen its regional footprint with two upcoming UAE launches: Bloom Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi and Rotana, Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves, both set to open in 2026.
