New unveilings and Miami return planned for 2026
Lifestyle hospitality group Ennismore has signed two new Delano properties, Delano SoHo New York and Delano London, as part of the brand’s global expansion.
The new signings follow the debut of Delano Dubai in 2024 and come ahead of the highly anticipated reopening of the original Delano Miami Beach in early 2026.
In London, Ennismore is partnering with Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Signature Developers on Delano London, set to open in late 2026.
Located moments from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, the 67-key property will feature soft minimalist interiors and natural tones throughout.
The design includes a social lobby centred around a fireplace, a library and boutique retail.
The hotel’s culinary offering will feature a ground-floor restaurant developed by Ennismore’s F&B platform, alongside a London outpost of Delano Miami Beach’s famed Rose Bar.
Set in a subterranean space, the venue will combine velvet seating, live music and a crafted cocktail programme, complemented by private dining and meeting spaces.
Dedicated wellness facilities will round out the guest experience, emphasising wellbeing and community connection.

In New York, Delano SoHo will rise within the 46-storey tower currently operating as The Dominick on Spring Street in Hudson Square.
The hotel, created in partnership with Cain International, which acquired a minority stake in Delano in 2024, will offer 390 rooms and suites as well as event spaces.
Meanwhile, the reimagined Delano Miami Beach will reopen in 2026 featuring 171 rooms, including Poolside Bungalows and Penthouse Suites, along with four dining and bar venues, among them the iconic Rose Bar.
To lead the next phase of the brand’s evolution, Ennismore has appointed Ben Pundole as Chief Brand Officer for Delano, tasked with shaping its identity “into its next era” and reinforcing its position in the luxury lifestyle sector.
Commenting on the expansion, Ennismore Co-CEO Gaurav Bhushan said: “Delano is entering an incredibly exciting phase of global growth as we continue to evolve an icon that defines the art of luxury lifestyle, with new openings in some of the world’s most dynamic destinations.”
Originally launched by Ian Schrager in 1995 and closed in 2020, Delano Miami Beach paved the way for the brand’s global expansion, which has since included openings in Paris and Dubai and upcoming projects in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakesh and Costa Rica, with further developments under discussion in key international markets.
