HVS MEA announces new partner

HVS has announced the appointment of Reem Garash as its newest partner.

With more than 12 years of unparalleled experience in hospitality and expertise in strategic planning, finance and business development, Garash brings invaluable insights to support HVS's growth strategy in Saudi Arabia.

Garash aims to capitalise on HVS's strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia, creating value for customers, partners, and stakeholders while expanding the company's presence.

Notably, she successfully restructured Shada, a family-owned business, establishing its hospitality division and securing substantial assets worth approximately SR 550 million.

Garash also spearheaded the creation of ALF, a micro-economy hotel brand for Shada, earning accolades as the best new brand at FHS 2023. Her tenure as CEO of Nuzul and subsequent role as managing director showcased her remarkable acumen, including the acquisition and implementation of the Dara brand across eight properties.

In a testament to her commitment to social responsibility, Reem co-founded Sa'af Housing, a non-profit organisation providing housing for Saudi Social Security beneficiaries, delivering over 500 houses since its establishment in 2021.
