Rosewood to debut Dubai hotel in 2029

Rosewood continues its commitment to the Middle East with the upcoming debut of Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai, both slated to open in 2029.

 

Located within the highly anticipated waterfront development Peninsula Dubai on Jumeirah Beach, the project will feature a 195-key ultra-luxury hotel and eight private garden villas.

 

Guests and residents will enjoy exclusive amenities such as a private beach and beach club, four signature dining outlets, and a dedicated wellness centre.

 

Adjacent to the hotel, a residential tower will offer 63 sophisticated residences and five beachfront villas, complemented by bespoke amenities including a spa, movement studio, padel court, private cinema, library and lounge.

 

The ultra-luxury property will be anchored in "exceptional design and service" and also in human connection purpose, Rosewood said in a statement.

According to Miltos Bosinis, CEO at H&H, the Dubai-based developer behind Peninsula Dubai, the aim with Rosewood Dubai is to offer something "truly unique", blending architectural and design genius, alongside the inherent prestige of the Rosewood brand, the bespoke amenities of both the hotel and the residences and the one-of-a-kind experience this distinctive destination provides.

 

Rosewood Dubai is a vital part of Rosewood’s expansion in the Middle East and follows the July 2025 opening of Rosewood Doha in Qatar, the brand’s third property in the region after Abu Dhabi (UAE) and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).

 

Rosewood Doha features 155 rooms and suites as part of its luxury offering.

 

Looking ahead, the brand’s presence in Saudi Arabia is set to grow with Rosewood Amaala, opening on the Red Sea coast, and Rosewood Red Sea on Shura Island.

 

Meanwhile, Rosewood Riyadh is also scheduled to open in Diriyah in 2027.
