Robust tourism demand in the UAE capital drives full‑year results
Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has reported a robust set of results for 2025, with full-year revenue rising 21% year-on-year to AED3,486 billion, driven by strong operating and financial performance across its hotel segment. Normalised profit reached AED568 million, up 57% year-on-year, while reported net profit came in at AED1,146 billion, translating to a net profit margin of 16%.
The hospitality group operates more than 15 hotels, mainly in the UAE, including flagship properties such as The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal and Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai.
Its hotel segment delivered particularly strong results, with segment revenue and profit both posting double-digit year-on-year growth, underpinned by buoyant market conditions in the UAE capital.

In 2025, Abu Dhabi’s hotels delivered one of their strongest years on record, with average occupancy hovering around 80%, revenues and RevPAR climbing by double digits and peak months such as April, summer and October setting historic highs off the back of major events and a 47% surge in cultural visitation, according to the Department of Culture and Tourism.
Building on this momentum, ADNH is expanding its presence in the luxury hospitality space with a new mixed-use waterfront development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, in partnership with Marriott International. The project will feature Naseem Al Bahr Resort & Spa, offering a collection of luxury rooms and villas, alongside Naseem Al Bahr Residences – The Luxury Collection Residences, comprising 55 villas and 392 apartments ranging from one to five bedrooms.
Commenting on the results, CEO Khalid Anib said: “We are pleased with the growth achieved for the 2025 period, which reflects the resilience of our business model and the disciplined execution of our strategic priorities. With the successful integration of recent acquisitions and growing demand for both hospitality and catering, we are well-positioned to sustain our momentum throughout the year.”
Looking ahead, the group aims to maintain strong growth in 2025 and beyond through continued expansion in the UAE and select international markets and is exploring regional opportunities in Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
