Nobu Hospitality to open a hotel in Santorini

The venture is a result of a management agreement with Monte Rock International 

Nobu Hospitality has announced that it will open its first hotel in Greece in spring 2022 in Santorini.

Nobu Hotel & Restaurant Santorini will be set on the northeast coast of the island and will feature panoramic views of the Caldera and Aegean Sea from its clifftop location in Imerovigli.

The property will feature the signature Nobu restaurant, a full-service spa, fitness facility, dual-level infinity pool and five pool villas.

It will be located a 10-minute drive from the coastal town of Oia and 20 minutes from Santorini International airport.

The brand, founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro and director Meir Teper, opened its first restaurant in New York in 1994 and made a move into hospitality in the early 2000s. 

The launch of Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Santorini marks the group’s 26th hotel globally and its 10th in Europe.
