Ersev Demiroz brings 25 years of luxury hospitality experience
Park Hyatt Dubai has appointed Ersev Demiroz as General Manager, supporting the property’s focus on strengthening its luxury hospitality positioning within the region. Recognised for his strategic mindset and guest‑centric leadership style, Demiroz will oversee the five-star resort’s operations as it continues to develop new lifestyle experiences.
A Turkish national with more than 25 years of experience, Demiroz has an extensive background in managing complex luxury environments across multiple markets. His career spans leadership roles in Russia, Indonesia, Turkiye, Germany and the US, with renowned brands including Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons.
He most recently served as General Manager for Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes in Bodrum, overseeing a large-scale resort comprising private residences, villas and extensive F&B facilities.
Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions with Four Seasons in destinations such as St Petersburg, the Maldives, Jakarta, Riyadh, Doha, Sharm El Sheikh, Istanbul, Seychelles, Beirut, Berlin and Newport Beach.

Fluent in English, German and Turkish, Demiroz holds a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Bilkent University.
Situated within Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, Park Hyatt Dubai features rooms, suites and villa-style accommodations, many with private terraces or balconies overlooking Dubai Creek, the marina or gardens. Demiroz’s appointment comes as Hyatt accelerates expansion in the luxury segment worldwide, with major properties across four brands set to open in 2026. This includes the debut of Miraval Resorts in Saudi Arabia in Q1, an adults-only wellness retreat featuring 180 rooms and what is set to be the largest spa in the Red Sea region. Hyatt aims to triple its room count in Saudi Arabia by 2030.
