Set to welcome guests in March 2023, R48 Hotel and Garden is an 11-suite hotel housed in a restored 1930’s Bauhaus-style building on Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv.
Preserved and restored by local architecture firm AN+ the property features interior design and furnishings by Studio Liaigre, along with landscape and garden design by Piet Oudolf, the landscape architect behind New York City’s High Line park.

The project was brought to life by the renowned hospitality group, R2M, famed for owning and operating successful establishments in Tel Aviv, including Hotel Montefiore, an eatery called Delicatessen and restaurant-bar Herzl16.
R2M founders Mati and Ruti Broudo have both lived in New York and were inspired by Keith McNally and Danny Meyer's downtown dining scene to create a new level of dining experiences in Tel Aviv.
Highlights of the property include an intimate rooftop pool, an upscale restaurant and an all-day brasserie, plus a lush Mediterranean garden and a carefully curated art collection, showcasing works by local artists from different backgrounds.
