In terms of facilities, the hotel will feature an outdoor pool and terrace, an advanced gym offering memberships to the local community, and meeting and event spaces. As with all Standard hotels, there will be an array of restaurants and bars, including the first international outpost of the brand’s renowned Standard Grill; Thailand’s first Mott 32 restaurant, and Mexican-inspired rooftop restaurant Ojo. In addition to the restaurants, The Parlor will be a music hub offering snacks and cocktails.
Visitors can also enjoy sweeping views of the city from the highest al fresco ‘sky beach’ in Bangkok
This new addition to The Standard’s portfolio will sit alongside the brand’s city-based US and European flagships – The Standard, High Line and The Standard, London – that offer contrast to the brand’s waterside retreats in Miami, US; the Maldives; Hua Hin, Thailand, and it’s forthcoming hotel in Ibiza, which is set to open this spring.
