In June, Barbados Tourism Marketing, Inc held its first Connect Barbados travel trade show since this pandemic, inviting agents from the GCC region to not only attend the event, but also explore the island’s historical sites, rugged coastline and elevated sea view restaurants. Agents were most impressed by the range luxury villas available for hire – and the famous ‘Bajan’ hospitality exemplified by unbridled nightly celebrations.
