Atlantis Dubai reveals New Year’s Eve programming
Celebrate 2026 with award-winning dining, dazzling fireworks and Maroon 5 live

Ring in the New Year at Atlantis Dubai as the hospitality group rolls out an extensive programme across Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal for 31 December 2025.
From family-friendly menus to live music, including a performance by Maroon 5, there’s dining and entertainment catered towards all ages. The resort-wide celebrations culminate with a fireworks display at midnight, marking the start of 2026.
One of the standout experiences at Atlantis, The Palm, is its annual New Year’s Eve gala dinner, this year headlined by American pop-rock band Maroon 5, who will perform hit singles such as Payphone and Moves Like Jagger.
The event starts from 6pm and will feature a variety of live cooking stations in an outdoor setting, inclusive of dedicated VIP areas and kids’ sections. In the VIP suites, guests can enjoy butler service and an exclusive selection of beverages, while signature VIP guests get uninterrupted views of the performances and a Maroon 5 meet and greet for two. The children’s area features a range of activities including a bouncy castle, outdoor cinema and game stalls.
The gala offers five seating categories, with prices ranging from AED8,000 for premium seating (AED5,500 for kids aged 4–13) to AED14,000 for golden circle tickets (AED8,500 for kids aged 0–13). For groups of up to 10 guests, VIP Sky Suites are priced from AED200,000, while Signature VIP Sky Suites start from AED350,000, with additional guests permitted for an additional fee.
In addition to the gala dinner, independent restaurants across both Atlantis hotels will offer New Year’s Eve specials, accompanied by access to views of Atlantis’ firework displays at midnight. Guests also receive admission to after-parties at Atlantis The Royal venues, including Studio Frantzén, En Fuego and Ling Ling.
Atlantis, The Palm
FZN by Björn Frantzén: Dine for New Year’s at FZN by acclaimed Swedish chef, Björn Frantzén. His three-Michelin-starred restaurant offers a unique blend of modern European and Japanese cuisine, featuring a multi-course experience for guests.

Ossiano: Experience special end-of-year meals at Ossiano, Dubai’s unique underwater dining venue. The one-Michelin-starred restaurant offers guests a progressive, nine-course menu, alongside live entertainment.

Hakkasan Dubai: Hakkasan, a one-Michelin-starred and globally acclaimed restaurant, is offering an extensive à la carte menu for New Year’s Eve. Chefs blend modern culinary practices with traditional techniques to present signature dishes and new creations.

Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar: Guests can enjoy family-friendly dining at Gordon Ramsay’s award-winning restaurant. Menu items feature modern twists on traditional British delicacies, such as the chef’s famous Beef Wellington. Meanwhile, a live pizza station and entertainment acts keep kids engaged.

En Fuego: Celebrate the start of the New Year Mexican-style with a fiesta at En Fuego. Guests can indulge in Mexican delicacies such as grilled rock lobster and wagyu short rib barbacoa, while live Mexican tunes set a lively atmosphere.

Seafire Steakhouse: Following recent renovations, Seafire is offering guests a refreshed interior, revised menu and live performances for New Year’s Eve. As a popular destination for premium cuts, Seafire’s set menu includes a variety of steaks and seafood.
