With Christmas celebrations in full swing, Atlantis Dubai has unveiled new festive programming across both its resorts.
Offering a range of experiences catered to different guests, the lineup includes holiday brunches, traditional Christmas dinners and family-friendly buffets, among other options available at Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.
Hakkasan Dubai: Led by chef Andy Toh, Hakkasan offers a contemporary take on traditional Cantonese cuisine. The one-Michelin-starred restaurant features an à la carte menu with signature dishes, namely Golden Yuan Bao, a dumpling with king crab and caviar, and grilled lobster with mala gao crumble and lobster broth. Live DJ sets add to the festivities, enhancing the dining experience for guests.
FZN by Björn Frantzén: FZN is a three-Michelin-starred restaurant helmed by acclaimed Swedish chef Björn Frantzén. With a nine-course tasting menu, guests can expect modern European cuisine with hints of Japanese influences. A range of beverage pairing options is also available, including a wine selection of more than 1,900 labels.
Studio Frantzén: A festive menu is available at Studio Frantzén, featuring a blend of French-Asian cuisine with Nordic elements, alongside a selection of more than 1,300 wines. The communal dining and bar concept features multiple seating areas, including an atrium and dining booths, as well as a limited open kitchen area, offering guests an immersive view of the culinary action. First introduced in 2024, Studio Frantzén marked Björn Frantzén’s Middle East debut.
En Fuego Dubai: Mark the festive season with a vibrant Christmas fiesta at En Fuego, featuring live performances and holiday activities. The restaurant is offering an à la carte menu with dishes including slow-braised beef short ribs and turkey enchiladas. On Christmas Day, guests can also enjoy Rodizio, a Brazilian style of serving grilled meats table-side.
Ossiano: This one-Michelin-starred restaurant presents guests with an underwater dining experience, offering views of Atlantis’ The Ambassador Lagoon. Ossiano’s line-up includes a themed, progressive tasting menu, complete with wine pairings.
Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar: Serving a classic British holiday experience, this restaurant will offer themed celebrations from Christmas Eve through Boxing Day. Guests can feast on signature Gordon Ramsay dishes, namely beef wellington, smoked salmon and authentic Christmas pudding. With live holiday music and activities for children, the restaurant provides a festive atmosphere for family dining.

Wavehouse Dubai: Wavehouse is combining seasonal dining with interactive entertainment for all ages, offering a festive family Christmas experience. The restaurant will serve dishes such as Turkey Smashed Burgers and Warm Spiced Christmas pudding, alongside a live band and kid-friendly activities.
Seafire Steakhouse & Bar: Seafire’s à la carte menu presents guests with festive-inspired desserts such as spiced Christmas pudding, alongside a selection of speciality cocktails and wines. Serving Atlantis’ guests for more than 17 years, the steakhouse recently unveiled a redesign of the establishment, with new seating arrangements and expanded culinary offerings.
Seafire at Atlantis The PalmNobu Dubai: Renowned Nobu restaurant is serving a Japanese Peruvian-inspired holiday brunch and Christmas Eve dinner with an à la carte menu offering black cod miso, beef tenderloin and other chef creations. Guests can choose from five dining areas, including an outdoor terrace with views of the Dubai skyline.
Saffron Restaurant: Saffron is serving a special Christmas family buffet, with multiple live cooking stations and activities for kids. The restaurant is also bringing back its Christmas Day brunch, one of the city’s most anticipated holiday offerings, complete with live performances.
Saffron, Atlantis The PalmCarbone Dubai: The latest addition to Atlantis The Royal, Carbone is bringing the authentic flavours of New York-style Italian cuisine to Dubai. For the 2025 holiday season, the establishment will expand its menu, offering guests a rotating selection of special dishes. Live performances and DJ sets will add to the festive dining atmosphere.
Ariana’s Persian Kitchen: At Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, a set holiday menu will be available to guests on 24 and 25 December, in addition to the à la carte selection. Helmed by chef Ariana Bundy, the restaurant serves Iranian delicacies, alongside seasonal dishes such as Turkey Roulade and Ariana’s signature mixed grill platter.
Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Atlantis The RoyalEstiatorio Milos Dubai: Guests seeking to indulge in Mediterranean cuisine can enjoy Estiatorio Milos’ traditional Greek menu. Its standout meals include the Milos special, a zucchini and eggplant creation, and grilled octopus. During the holiday season, the restaurant will also serve slow-roasted lamb with roasted potatoes and house-made tzatziki.
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal: This one-Michelin-starred restaurant is serving themed dinners throughout the month of December. Guests can enjoy a six-course tasting menu with signature creations including Three Bird Roast, Plum Meat Fruit and Smoked Walnut Mousse, with additional festive dishes served on 24 and 25 December.
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Atlanis The RoyalLa Mar Dubai by Gaston Acurio: At La Mar, guests can enjoy festive specials on Christmas Eve and a holiday brunch on Christmas Day. Bringing authentic Peruvian flavours from Lima, the restaurant serves guests traditional specialities such as seafood ceviche and lobster empanadas.
The Royal Tearoom: Atlantis The Royal’s executive pastry chef, Christophe Devoille, has launched a festive afternoon tea experience available to guests through the New Year. The menu features items such as butter-poached lobster tartlets and chocolate Yule log desserts, among other options, all created by Gault&Millau, UAE’s Pastry Chef of the Year.
The Royal Teamroom, Atlantis The RoyalLing Ling: Enjoy Asian delicacies with sky-high views of the Dubai skyline at Ling Ling. The restaurant offers contemporary meals, including Boston lobster Pad Thai and 24k gold Wagyu, alongside its popular dessert, hazelnut chocolate moelleux.
Gastronomy: Mimicking the atmosphere of food markets, Gastronomy presents an engaging approach to seasonal feasts. With 17 live cooking stations and four bars offering more than 100 dishes, the restaurant aims to deliver a diverse selection of festive food for guests.
