Luxury carrier expands digital payment options ahead of major route growth
Beond, the boutique all-business-class airline based in the Maldives, has introduced Apple Pay as a booking option, offering agents and travellers a faster and more secure way to purchase flights.
Now available, the payment service is fully integrated into the carrier’s booking platform and works across supported devices.
The launch comes as Beond prepares for a major expansion, with plans to triple its network over the next few years to 18 destinations linking Maldivian capital Malé with key cities across Europe, Asia, India and the Middle East.
CEO and Chairman Tero Taskila said the addition of Apple Pay aligns with Beond’s promise of effortless travel.
“Luxury is defined not only by what our guests experience onboard, but also by how seamless every step of their journey feels,” he said.
