Bookings are now open for Nest Hotel, a new midscale “smart” property set to open this December at Aljada, Sharjah’s flagship lifestyle destination. Located beside the Nest Campus student housing complex and close to Sharjah International Airport, the hotel caters to students, families, business and leisure travellers alike.
The 395-key hotel marks the launch of Arada’s new lifestyle hospitality brand, introducing a connected, community-focused concept to the emirate’s growing accommodation offering.
Facilities include lounges, co-working spaces, an all-day dining restaurant, café, swimming pool and complimentary access to the Wellfit Sarab gym. Guests also enjoy discounts at Aljada dining venues including Kashtat Amina, Boost and Hungry Wolves.

All feature high-speed internet, smart TVs and in-room coffee and tea facilities, while some offer balconies.
