Crystal boosts agent booking capability with Traveltek upgrade

Travel agents are now able to book Crystal cruises via Traveltek’s iSell Connect platform. The improved arrangement with the travel tech firm is aimed at making even easier for agents to sell the luxury line as it aims to become the “most trade friendly” in its category.

The iSell Connect platform connects to Crystal through Traveltek’s Cruise API, which pulls real-time inventory, itineraries, pricing and promotions directly from its systems, updating throughout the day as bookings come in and inventory changes. 

Complex cruise booking requirements such as suite categories, dining preferences, special requests and deposit schedules are also available, while the system handles booking modifications, documentation and payment tracking automatically.
