Two sailings through the Americas will offer expert-led movement, mindfulness and nutrition
Crystal Cruises has opened bookings for its 2026 Wellness at Sea retreat voyages aboard Crystal Symphony, sailing in August during National Wellness Month.
Now in its third edition, the programme offers a holistic journey blending movement, mindfulness, education and culinary wellbeing. Guests can take part in yoga, meditation, sound baths, functional fitness and breathwork sessions, alongside lectures focused on longevity, mental clarity and emotional health.
The first sailing departs Vancouver on 17 August 2026, cruising to San Diego until 24 August. The second voyage follows immediately, continuing from San Diego to Guayaquil, Ecuador, until 5 September. Guests can book either sailing individually or combine both for an extended Pacific wellness journey.
Led by a team of wellness experts, the itinerary features guided sessions such as Wake Me Up Breath and Master Your Mind, as well as a two-day digital detox at sea encouraging restoration and mental reset. Educational programming will spotlight the science of ageing well, maintaining vitality, and understanding the connection between emotions and physical health.
Crystal will also host pickleball sessions for all levels, led by an onboard coach.
