All-villa luxury stay with butler service and curated experiences starts from AED4,040 per night
Marriott International has expanded its Autograph Collection portfolio with the launch of Halcyon Private Isles Maldives, introducing the brand to the Indian Ocean for the first time.
Located amid the crystal waters of the southern Gaafu Alifu Atoll, about 90 minutes by seaplane from Malé, The Halcyon Private Isles Maldives, Autograph Collection comprises just 38 villas – among the largest in the region – each with a private pool.
From arrival, every guest is paired with a dedicated Halcyon Butler, who crafts tailored itineraries and personalised experiences throughout their stay.
Rates start from around US$1,100 per night.

Spanning two private islands surrounded by coral gardens and turquoise lagoons, the resort offers beachfront and overwater villas, along with five dining venues, a fitness centre, a PADI-certified dive centre and an overwater spa and wellness sanctuary with panoramic ocean views.
Accommodation spans four villa categories, including Island Villas with tropical garden settings and direct beach access, and overwater villas with private decks overlooking the lagoon.
The two-bedroom Ocean Villas provide multiple terraces, while The Halcyon Grand Estate, a three-bedroom modern manor, features a rooftop terrace and private lagoon access.
Each villa blends open-plan layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows and generous outdoor decks, designed in calming tones of grey-blue, natural timber and handcrafted island-inspired details.
Dining options include three restaurants and two bars. Thari serves island-inspired dishes throughout the day, while lagoon-side Yuzu offers a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese flavours.
The Firepit focuses on flame-grilled specialities, and Yapa Sunset Bar pairs creative cocktails with South American and Japanese-inspired tapas and sashimi.
Bell Bar offers signature cocktails and rare spirits inspired by travel and storytelling.
For more intimate dining, guests can choose bespoke private experiences such as in-villa dining with tailored menus, beach dinners beneath the stars, overwater pavilions, or Champagne sandbank dining accessed by private boat.
Curated experiences, led by marine experts and Halcyon Butlers, range from guided snorkelling trips and sunrise yoga sessions to sound therapy, traditional line fishing aboard a Dhoni, and stargazing beneath clear night skies.
Wellness itineraries can also be tailored to focus on nutrition, movement or sleep optimisation, while adventure seekers can explore the atoll by water sports or private yacht charters.
Younger guests are catered for at the kids’ club, which features its own butler and babysitting services, alongside a supervised programme of marine biology workshops, eco-friendly beach games and junior coral planting sessions.
