MSC World Europa now set to be deployed in the Caribbean
MSC Cruises has cancelled MSC World Europa’s planned 2026–27 programme in the Middle East, with the vessel now set to be deployed in the Caribbean for a series of French Antilles sailings.
The move, which comes amid the ongoing Israel-US-Iran war, will see MSC World Europa now operate seven- and 14-night itineraries with embarkation in Fort‑de‑France (Martinique), Pointe‑à‑Pitre (Guadeloupe) and Bridgetown (Barbados). The ship will stop at Castries (Saint Lucia), Saint George (Grenada), Philipsburg (St Maarten/Netherlands Antilles), St John (Antigua and Barbuda), Basseterre (Saint Kitts and Nevis), Roseau (Dominica) and Kingstown (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines).

Passengers and travel agents affected by World Europa’s redeployment are being contacted directly with “clear, comprehensive information”, the line said, with options to move the booking to another sailing or request a full refund.
The season will mark MSC World Europa’s first in the region after it had originally been due to sail in the Middle East from November 2026 to April 2027.
MSC Cruises said the ship would return to the Middle East for 2027–28, calling at Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas, Bahrain and Doha.
