Member benefits include 10% discounts, room upgrades and tailored itineraries
Sun Siyam Resorts has launched Siyam Rewards, a new digital membership programme designed to strengthen guest loyalty and encourage direct bookings through its redesigned website.
The launch coincides with the group’s 35th anniversary and forms part of a wider brand refresh that introduces a new identity, reorganises its six properties into three categories – Luxury, Privé and Lifestyle – and places greater emphasis on curated guest experiences.
Siyam Rewards offers members instant benefits from their first booking, with privileges extending across all six properties – five private island resorts in the Maldives and a boutique retreat in Sri Lanka.
Perks include 10% off best available rates, access to exclusive deals and the possibility of room upgrades at check-in where available.

Additional privileges include priority dining and spa reservations, late check-out options and personalised amenities. The programme also supports personalised guest journeys, with itineraries tailored to individual preferences.
Among the main features is a complimentary Dine Around option, giving members access to multiple restaurants and bars across each resort, from international buffets to speciality venues.
Members also receive a complimentary one-hour spa treatment with each booking, with additional treatments available at standard rates.
The broader rebrand is being presented under the unified identity The House of Siyam, reflecting the group’s efforts to position its portfolio more distinctly in the market.
Central to this repositioning are 10 Signature Experiences designed to highlight Maldivian culture and creativity while expanding the guest journey beyond villa stays.
These include Cinema by Moonlight, a movie night on a traditional dhoni; Insta Villas, the Maldives’ first overwater photo studio for private photography sessions; and weekly Maldivian Roots activities such as cookery classes and storytelling.
Guests can also enjoy pop-up bars and ice cream tricycles as part of the new offering.
Sun Siyam Resorts CEO Deepak Booneady said: “This rebrand is not just about design, it is about experience. It is about cultural authenticity, purpose-driven hospitality, and creating moments that spark joy.”
