From Ossiano to Nobu, offerings include two-course lunches and six-course tasting menus

Atlantis Dubai has rolled out special set menus across seven restaurants for summer 2025.
From specially-curated tasting menus to three-course lunches and dinners, the collection of restaurants at Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal are ready to welcome summer visitors and staycationers.
Ossiano: Dubai’s one-Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant has curated a six-course tasting menu called ‘Summer of Discovery’ served against a backdrop of swimming stingrays and sharks. The menu begins with crafted canapés such as oyster, Otoro tuna tartlet with Kristal caviar and king crab, followed by Primavera, a pea panna cotta with roasted nuts and greens and Mojama, Spanish-inspired pan con tomate with heirloom tomatoes and chutoro tuna.
Further highlights include cod fish poached in kombu oil with lime caviar and sea grapes and langoustine on passion fruit jam with dried curry leaves. For mains, diners can choose between John Dory à La Meunière or Moroccan-spiced Wagyu Beef grilled over binchotan charcoal. The meal finishes with a chocolate and almond sponge cake served with ganache and milk chocolate mousse. There’s the option of pairing wines or non-alcoholic beverages with each dish.

Hakkasan Dubai: Known for its reimagined Cantonese cuisine and creative cocktails, this one-Michelin-starred restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Andy Toh has is offering a three-course summer menu. Tuck into signature dishes such as the dim sum platter and Jasmine tea-smoked wagyu beef ribs. For mains, there’s spicy prawns, roasted truffle duck, stir-fried lotus root and edamame egg fried rice. Diners can complete the meal with a decadent selection of desserts.

Nobu Dubai: Celebrity-approved Nobu combines a stunning rooftop location with views over the Arabian Gulf and Japanese-Peruvian cuisine by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. A specially curated five-course omakase menu includes salmon karashi su miso, a selection of sushi and rolls, canary seabass with spinach and jalapeño, and grilled wagyu ribeye, followed by Nobu’s famous cheesecake. Diners can sit in one of five dining areas, at the sushi bar or in a VIP booth with front-row seats to the kitchen.

Studio Frantzén: Renowned for its blend of French-inspired cuisine infused with Asian flavours, Studio Frantzén by acclaimed Swedish chef Björn Frantzén will celebrate summer with a two-course dinner menu. Diners can choose from veal steak tartare, sea bass ceviche, grilled tiger prawns or oysters to start, followed by mains, such as Angus beef striploin, lamb rack, Wagyu beef burger and BBQ celeriac with truffle and cabbage jus. Sides include deep-fried Hasselback potato with brown butter and cream cheese, crispy Brussels sprouts with chili and sesame and red salad with pumpkin hot sauce and shiso.
What’s more, the Candy Room will be dressed in an Easter-themed decor, and will dish up specially-made Easter cookies and a handcrafted Easter egg filled with candy for every guest.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal: This one-Michelin-starred restaurant is offering a specially curated three-course menu, with dishes that draw inspiration from historic British cuisine dating back to the 1300s and are perfect for the summer months. Expect to feast on Earl Grey tea-smoked salmon from 1730, rice and saffron from 1390 and either the beef royal (1821) or roast cauliflower with truffle sauce (1661), finished with the ever-popular liquid nitrogen ice cream trolley (1901). The experience includes a complimentary glass of fizz or quintessentially British Pimm’s Cup.

La Mar by Gastón Acurio: Spectacular views of Skyblaze Fountain combine with Peruvian flavours at La Mar by Gastón Acurio, the award-winning restaurant from acclaimed chef Gastón Acurio. A thoughtfully curated limited-edition summer menu features some of the La Mar’s most beloved dishes, including flavour-packed taco Nikkei, Hokkaido scallops, stir-fried rice with seafood tortilla, mushrooms and spring onions, and crispy potatoes with ‘bojita’ olive emulsion and Huancaína sauce. For dessert, there’s Torta de Chocolate, made with Peruvian chocolate, lúcuma dulce de leche and vanilla ice cream.

La Mar by Gastón Acurio, Atlantis The Royal
Ling Ling: The home of contemporary Asian cuisine and bold flavours, Ling Ling is offering guests a three-course summer-themed dinner menu, paired with a glass of bubbles, a cocktail or a mocktail. For starters, there’s a wide selection of dishes to choose from, including miso-roasted eggplant, Szechuan chicken dumplings, shrimp tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, prawn toast, black pepper asparagus dumplings and crispy BBQ duck bao buns. Main dish highlights include roasted sambal salmon, Kung Pao chicken, lamb shank rendang and grilled jumbo tiger prawns, while desserts range from mango pandan sticky rice to hazelnut chocolate moelleux.
