Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm is marking the return of underwater wellness activities at The Lost World Aquarium, following the attraction’s recent renovation in October 2025. The transformation represents the first major upgrade of the venue since the hotel’s opening in 2008.
Formerly known as The Lost Chambers Aquarium, the space now features more than 1,900 LED panels, 55 projectors and 140 speakers, creating interactive displays throughout the ocean environment. The location now doubles as a setting for guided wellness sessions offered outside of regular visiting hours.
Set against the backdrop of more than 65,000 marine animals, the venue hosts two weekly classes – sound healing meditation and underwater yoga – priced at AED275 (US$75) per person.

Guests seeking to improve strength, flexibility and balance can take part in yoga classes that follow a guided sequence of postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness. The one-hour sessions take place every Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 9am and are suitable for all skill levels.
For a more relaxed, sensory-led experience, the sound healing meditation workshops use curated audio frequencies and vibrations designed to restore balance within the nervous system, encouraging emotional release and mental focus. Sessions are held every Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 9am.
The underwater experiences join a wider portfolio of wellness offerings across Atlantis Dubai, ranging from 24-karat gold stone massages at Atlantis, The Royal to body treatments featuring Gulf salts and moringa leaf infusions at Atlantis, The Palm.
